The project adopts a smart fishery management platform with its own characteristics to refine the whole process of eel farming. Through technological empowerment and digital management, the project carries out high-standard standardized management from base site selection to various processes such as seedling source, seed placement, feed feeding, water quality control, preventive health care, daily management, eel selection and eel sales, etc., to further improve the survival rate of eel and create a safe and traceable system of eel ingredients, so as to make the whole industry chain of eel realize the fully closed aquaculture process, the traceability of aquaculture process, the predictability of aquaculture benefits, and the control of aquaculture costs. The whole eel industry chain can realize the whole closed aquaculture process, traceable aquaculture process, controllable aquaculture cost and predictable aquaculture benefit.

System Design Description:
1. During the daytime, the new water heating is turned on, the thermostatic piping is turned off, and the 7 main units heat the new water directly. With this system, the actual heating time can be shortened to about 6 hours and heated to 35℃.
2. Hot water is added directly to the breeding pool after the heating is completed.
3. The thermostat system can be turned on in the case of bad environment, but normally it does not need to be turned on. Because the new water has been heated to 35 ℃, to meet the breeding pool constant temperature demand.
System Unique Advantage:
1. Direct heating of new water. Special stainless steel tube heat exchanger, can be directly on the water heating, other brands of copper tube heat exchanger this system is not applicable, will lead to fish fry copper ion poisoning. Compared with the traditional way to save the heat pipe heat exchange link, save the initial investment cost, reduce the hot water temperature, increase the heat transfer efficiency of 45%. Use all units to heat only the new water, shorten the heat exchange time.
2. Multiple standby. The actual unit only needs 3 units to meet the heating and constant temperature demand. In order to prevent low temperature in winter, unit standby and the existing project unit configuration, thus increasing the number of thermostatic units, both to achieve the effect of standby, but also to speed up the speed of warming.
3. Real-time monitoring, remote control. Real-time monitoring of water temperature and water level, control unit operation mode, control pipeline valves open and close, remote manual control valves open and close, automatic control of water temperature and water level, manual remote control.
Through the implementation of the above solutions, we are able to realize the precise control of the breeding temperature of the whole plant and save the cost of constant temperature.
